Bersant  Disha (Chairman of the Board) holds an MSc in Finance from the University of Warwick and BSc in Business from the London School of Economics and is also a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) certified by ICMCI. Bersant has worked for over fifteen years in management and financial consultancy as well as capacity building and training for various clients including international and Kosovan private corporations and companies, the national and local government and non-governmental organizations. His current areas of practice include corporatefinance advisory services to some of the largest Kosovan and international companies as well as institutional investors operating in Kosovo, Albania and Macedonia; Public finance at the central and local level advising the Ministry of Finance and municipalities. Over the years, he has been very active in facilitating investments in Kosovo having supported numerous investment transactions. Bersant currently serves in the position of Executive Director and Senior Consultant at RECURA Financials.

Visar Berisha holds an MSc in Public Policy and Management from the University of London and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Pristina. He has years of experience in project management and development, consulting, market research, data analysis, and public administration and financial management in both the private and public sector. He is currently the Research Director at Kantar TNS Kosovo, the leading and the most technologically advanced full service research agency in Kosovo.



Filloreta Bytyçi holds an MA in Contemporary European Studies from Sussex European Institute at Sussex University and a BA in Law from the University of Kosovo in Pristina. Filloreta has several years of consulting experience at various organizations and projects in Kosovo, including Kosovo’s Policy and Strategic Planning Project and the Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation Kosovo-Decentralisation and Municipal Support (DEMOS) Project. Currently, she is the Deputy Team Leader and Policy Development Specialist at the SIDA Project to support Capacity Development in the Field of Policy Development and Coordination, where she provides advice and support to Government Coordination Secretariat in the Office of the Prime Minister of Kosova to continuously increase their capacity for policy development and coordination.


Kelmend Hapçiu has over twenty five years of journalistic experience as a reporter, editor and media manager. He is the founder, director/editor-in-chief of the only independent news agency in Kosovo, KosovaLive. He was reporter/columnist/editor of the first ever independent publication in Albanian in Kosovo, weekly Koha. Mr. Hapçiu served as its editor until 1997, when the weekly turned into daily. He worked as the foreign news editor/reporter of the daily Bujku, published by the original staff of daily Rilindja (newspaper), which was banned by the Serb government in 1990. For a brief period associated with the Kosova Fund for the Open Society in Prishtina, Kosovo. He was a Kettering Foundation Fellow during from 1999-2000. Mr. Hapçiu was involved in several translation projects from English into Albanian, among them Al Gore’s ‘The Earth in Balance’, (co-translator) and John Stuart Mill’s ‘On Liberty.’
