Two Days Full of Energy, Learning and Collaboration with Young People in Kamenica

As part of the project "Safeline: Kamenica – Sarajevo: Digital Safety and Mental Health in Youth," a two-day training was organised bringing together young people from Kamenica and other municipalities, with the aim of strengthening their knowledge and skills in digital safety and mental health.

The first day of the training was devoted to digital safety and was led by expert Veton Xhelili. During the sessions, participants had the opportunity to explore the risks present in online spaces, learn about protecting personal data, and become familiar with concrete practices for using technology more safely and responsibly.

The second day focused on mental health, creating a safe and supportive space for discussion, reflection and the sharing of experiences around emotional wellbeing. This session was led by psychologist Fjolla Ramadani, who encouraged participants to speak openly about the challenges they face and the importance of caring for their mental health.

The workshop was marked by an interactive and inclusive approach, combining practical exercises, group discussions and active youth engagement. This made the experience not only educational, but also inspiring and genuinely valuable for each participant's personal development.

Through activities of this kind, the project aims to contribute to empowering young people to build a safer digital environment, and to promote mental and social wellbeing in their communities.
