In preparing members of our GlobalGirl Media bureau at KosovaLive to join the workforce, we also expose them to the work of local and international institutions in #Kosova. Here are some photos of our recent visit to the European Union Rule of Law Mission (#EULEX), where our members had the chance to learn first-hand from veteran journalists Dragana Nikolic Solomon and Donika Berisha about the mission’s communication strategy. Lina Andéer, EULEX’s Gender Advisor, continued the visit by leading an in-depth discussion on gender equality and the image of women in Kosovar media. Our members concluded the meeting by sharing their experiences and challenges of working as young women journalists in the media industry in Kosovo.
