#KosovaLive seeks a locally-registered, experienced, and credible research company or a pair of freelance gender researchers to conduct a specific study on the “Participation of women minority members as content producers – to what extent do members of ethnic minorities actually engage in this field in Kosovo”.
The study must dive deeply into the root causes of the poor representation of women minority members as content producers in Kosovo.
The final deliverable should provide concrete action points and recommendations on what needs to be done to overcome these challenges.
The research product should not be longer than the maximum of 10 pages (single-spaced) and it should be written both in English and Albanian and accompanied by graphs/tables in the annex.
The call for application is open until the 26th of November 2021 at 23:59.
The fully completed research study will need to be submitted to Kosovalive by no later than the 20th of December 2021, at 23:59.
The “Gender in Media” research is part of the “Strengthening Independent Media and Promoting Safety of Journalists in Kosovo” project funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) through the British Embassy in Pristina and Albany Associates.
